back on track

was in bad headspace yesterday, didn't train in te morning, only did twice up and down the office building and went frock shopping instead of bikram yoga last night!
that is not going to help me get to the top of Mt Kili!
I'm not going to beat myself up about it, today is a whole new day and after a decent nights sleep am feeling strong and energised again - good spin and core work session this morning at the gym.
Have a great interval workout, which I'm convinced is what helped me lose so much weight so quickly back in December it goes like this:

30 sec standing hill, 30 sec, sitting sprint, 30 sec rest * 5
20 sec standing hill, 20 sec sitting sprint, 20 sec rest * 5
10 sec standing hill, 10 sec sitting sprint, 10 rest * 5

then you can mix it up as much as you like to do longer workouts - it will get your heart rate way up and you'll certainly get a bit sweaty!

and then you can have Kangaroo curry for breakfast....  :-$
